In addition to our monthly professional development meetings, ATDBR also offers members the opportunity to experience small groups focused on special interests. These groups will meet quarterly and are open to all members.

As a Krewe member you will have an informal, flexible venue to share knowledge and meet with peers who have an interest in similar topics and experience levels. They are a great way to learn from one another’s experiences, share best practices, and keep up to date on the latest trends in your field of interest.  

Krewes will be organized based on the ATD Capability Model and geared toward expertise level: 

• Building Personal Capability- new to profession concepts
• Building Professional Capability- intermediate concepts
• Impacting Organizational Change- advanced concepts
