Beyond Training: How L&D Shapes Culture

Learning isn’t just about building skills—it’s about shaping the way people think, act, and connect across an organization. In this thought-provoking session, we’ll explore how intentional Learning & Development (L&D) strategies influence organizational culture at every level. Whether you're launching onboarding programs, leading leadership development, or reimagining learning pathways, this session will help you see how your work directly reinforces (or reshapes) the culture of your organization. Join us to connect the dots between L&D and culture.

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Understand the connection between L&D programs and organizational culture
  • Identify high-impact L&D strategies that influence cultural change
